Decorate a Morning Tea

Activity

In collaboration with a food provision program available at the Centre, we go about setting up an elevated Morning Tea for Seniors.

My responsibility would primarily be decorations, and with a team of crafty volunteers (which could be in the form of a school group/members of a craft workshop) we go about decorating the space.

Budget dependant, we could:
Create a photo backdrop
Make table arrangements
Create signage
DIY some activities/games

The objective of this is two pronged - aiming to create a really nice event for local seniors while engaging people in some craft/community engagement.
